Job Summary
ENT/Otology Specialist opportunity at UPMC Hamot in Erie, PA. Build an Otology practice while participating in teaching and mentoring residents in a five-resident ACGME otolaryngology residency program; expect general ENT duties with call every fourth night and weekend, and a collaborative, collegial team of board-certified/board-eligible physicians. Full-time role with enhanced compensation, residency stipend, sign-on bonus, CME days, relocation assistance, PSLF eligibility, and employer-paid malpractice insurance. Must hold MD/DO, complete ENT residency, and have ABOE/ABO status with PA licensure and DEA certification. Opportunities for director-level involvement in residency program, Epic EMR integration, and a robust referral network in Erie, PA.
Required Qualifications
- MD/DO from an accredited medical school
- Accredited ENT Residency Program completion
- American Board Eligible or American Board Certified in Otolaryngology with an interest in Otology
- Completion of a fellowship in Otology is not required
- Ability to obtain an unrestricted Pennsylvania Medical License and ability to obtain necessary credentials
- DEA certification
- Relocation Assistance for customary and reasonable moving expenses
