Job Summary
ENT-Otology Specialist at UPMC Hamot in Erie, PA. Join two board-certified otolaryngologists and one board-eligible otolaryngologist to build an Otology-focused practice while teaching and mentoring residents in UPMC Hamot's ACGME-accredited Otolaryngology residency program. Responsibilities include general ENT duties with Otology development, participating in teaching residents, taking on first/primary night call and weekend coverage, and utilizing the Epic electronic medical record. The role offers an enhanced compensation package with productivity and quality incentives, a residency stipend, CME days, relocation assistance, PSLF eligibility, and employer-paid malpractice, along with a comprehensive benefits program and potential residency-directorship pathway. Required Qualifications
- MD/DO from an accredited medical school
- Accredited ENT Residency Program completion
- American Board Eligible or American Board Certified in Otolaryngology
- DEA certification
- Ability to obtain Pennsylvania Medical License and credentials
