Job Summary
Perform high-impact reconstructive and free-tissue transfer procedures for complex oncologic reconstruction in collaboration with breast, head and neck, and oncology teams. Manage a broad referral base including community physicians and Lee Health's regional network to support steady complex-case volume and program growth. Work within Southwest Florida's only advanced microvascular program, expanding access to advanced microsurgical reconstruction for patients throughout the region. The role offers uncapped incentives, sign-on and relocation bonuses, and comprehensive benefits within a 100,000-square-foot cancer center.
Required Qualifications
- ACGME-accredited plastic surgery residency
- microvascular reconstruction fellowship
- demonstrated expertise in free-tissue transfer
- Board certification or eligibility in plastic surgery
