Job Summary
Monitor network performance, troubleshoot incidents, and support operational stability in a 24x7x365 NOC environment. Perform incident response, vulnerability mitigation, and apply cybersecurity best practices to protect enterprise environments. Install, configure, and maintain core network infrastructure and security tools while collaborating across engineering and compliance teams. Lead cutovers from existing infrastructure, manage project schedules and dependencies, and serve as the client-facing point of coordination for network modernization initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship
- Experience supporting high-availability, enterprise environments
- Experience in state government or public sector IT environments
- Experience supporting large-scale or mission-critical networks
- Experience in public sector or regulated environments
- Experience supporting IT infrastructure, telecom, or network modernization projects
- Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
- Some positions may require or prefer industry certifications (e.g., ITIL v4, CISSP, CISM, or similar)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with large-scale or mission-critical networks preferred
- Experience in public sector or regulated environments is a plus
- Telecom or large-scale infrastructure experience preferred
- Experience supporting compliance-driven environments is a plus
Additional Requirements
- Active-duty transitioning service members and veterans preferred
- Candidates with experience in state government or public sector IT environments preferred
