Job Summary
Bus speed racks and all dishes and cooking utensils into the dish machine, returning them to their proper places. Maintain a clean and organized dish room and ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen floors, counters, and equipment. Deliver glasses, plateware, and other items to various departments as instructed. Set up, regularly clean, and operate the dish machine efficiently. Assist with inventory management by reporting low stock levels of supplies. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service. Work indoors in moderate temperatures, but be prepared for extreme conditions in freezers or kitchens. Exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours, lifting items up to 50 pounds and pushing carts weighing up to 150 pounds. Pay starts at $16/hr.

- Requires grasping, reaching, and performing repetitive motions; manual dexterity to operate equipment
- Must be able to lift items weighting up to 50 pounds on a regular and continuing basis
