Job Summary
Drive sales performance within a territory by promoting and selling Ferring’s novel intradiscal therapy to exceed quotas. Build and expand relationships with targeted healthcare professionals and office staff, providing expert clinical education on radicular leg pain due to lumbar disc herniation and positioning the therapy across outpatient settings. Lead collaboration of marketing, patient support, clinical, and reimbursement resources to drive demand generation in the local market. Note: this is a field-based role requiring travel 60%+ and residence within the territory. Ferring is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 5 years of interventional spine device sales and/or pain experience with a proven record of results required
- At least 2 years of buy and bill experience strongly preferred
- Successful candidates willing to travel 60% or more and reside within the territory
