Job Summary
Role focused on developing and executing network-level account strategies to accelerate adoption of a novel intradiscal spine therapy across outpatient settings. Responsible for establishing a compelling clinical and economic value proposition, leading site-of-care enablement including onboarding and reimbursement pathway design, and driving account performance by expanding utilization while addressing access barriers. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of specialty care account management experience, expertise in reimbursement (CPT/J-code) and payer policy, and proven success in driving adoption within IDNs, ASCs, and pain/spine practices. Travel 60%+ required; candidates must reside near a major airport hub for territory coverage.
