Job Summary
Field-based clinical education and training role supporting launch of a novel intradiscal therapy for radicular leg pain due to lumbar disc herniation. Lead hands-on/virtual injection training, pre/post-procedural support, and educate providers; enable outpatient site readiness; collaborate with account leads to ensure procedural proficiency and adoption across office, ASC, and hospital settings. Travel 60%+; reside within the territory; excellent communication/presentation skills to translate clinical data into practical HCP education; comfortable navigating fast-paced, launch environments. Prior interventional spine and medical device education experience highly preferred; strong procedural expertise and ability to support initial cases and workflow integration across diverse settings.
Required Qualifications
- RN, PA, NP, or similar clinical background preferred
