Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive cerebrovascular care within one of the nation's largest integrated stroke systems, including 5 Comprehensive/Thrombectomy-Capable Stroke Centers and a national telestroke network. Participate in landmark NIH-funded, investigator-initiated, and industry-sponsored clinical trials that shape national and international stroke guidelines. Teach and mentor 5 ACGME-accredited Vascular Neurology Fellows and 4 CAST-accredited Neuroendovascular Fellows, alongside residents, medical students, and visiting physicians. Engage in innovation spanning advanced neuroendovascular treatments, neuroimaging, artificial intelligence, and regional stroke systems of care. Collaborate with vascular neurologists, neurointerventional neurologists, cerebrovascular neurosurgeons, and dedicated research professionals. Join an internationally recognized team under the leadership of Dr. Page B. Pennell and Dr. Raul G. Nogueira to advance the science and practice of cerebrovascular medicine.
Required Qualifications
- completed an ACGME-accredited Vascular Neurology Fellowship
- board-certified or board-eligible in Neurology and Vascular Neurology
- eligible for unrestricted medical licensure in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
- Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor level, commensurate with experience and academic accomplishments
