Job Summary
Paid PCA Training Program at Norwich Corporate Office. Two-week intensive training May 19–21 and May 26–28, 8:00 AM–12:30 PM; earn while you learn and become eligible to begin a career as a Certified PCA with ASQ after completion. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, personal hygiene, dressing, supporting mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises, monitoring nutritional intake, and providing vital medication reminders; acting as a professional advocate for families. Requires Mobility: valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance; Education: High School Diploma or GED; Availability to work weekends once matched with a client; strong interpersonal skills and a ready-to-work mindset.
