Job Summary

HR Assistant & Front Office Coordinator at our Mesa, AZ HQ will be the operational backbone of the front office and HR administration. You will manage physical and digital employee files, support onboarding via HRIS, process employment verifications and sensitive documents, track birthdays and work anniversaries, coordinate events and orientation for new hires, assist with compliance audits, background checks, and certifications, maintain records and office expenses, and support the HR Manager and Talent Acquisition with special initiatives to foster a warm, compliant, and efficient office environment. The role requires 1–2 years of administrative or HR-related experience, comfort handling confidential information, and experience in Healthcare/Home Care/HCBS/DDD environments is highly preferred.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years of administrative assistant, front desk coordinator, or HR assistant experience
  • Experience in Healthcare, Home Care, or HCBS/DDD environments highly preferred
  • Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage data accurately across HRIS and Google Workspace
