Board-Certified/Eligible Family Medicine Physician sought for a 100% outpatient, rural clinic in Marion, IL. Enjoy a 4-day work week with home call and nurse triage support, collaborative team of 2 physicians and 2 APPs, and optional inpatient/ER work. Epic EMR with AI assistance; strong system resources in a small clinic setting. Compensation includes a guaranteed base of $325,000 for 18 months, productivity-based incentive, $50k sign-on (5-year) or $36k (3-year), $15k relocation, loan repayment up to $90k, generous benefits, 5 weeks PTO, CME stipend, and malpractice coverage. J-1 visa support provided. Ready to practice rural medicine with mentoring and predictable outpatient-focused duties.
Required Qualifications
- Board-certification or board-eligible in Family Medicine
- MD or DO degree
- Illinois medical license or eligible for licensure
