Job Summary
Lead and supervise Foremen and technical leads to ensure safety, productivity, and quality on-site. Manage labor, materials, tools, and equipment within your discipline. Implement standardized Work Plans and support process improvement efforts while mentoring Field Engineers and Foremen on scope, quality, safety, and cost control. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, and collaborate with Trade Superintendent on staffing, scheduling, and project updates.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of construction experience with demonstrated leadership in utility-scale BESS, solar, or high-voltage projects
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable MVR
- Willingness to relocate to project sites as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to read and interpret prints, specifications, and contract documents
- Thorough knowledge of tools, equipment, and construction safety standards
- Experience managing large teams and collaborating across disciplines
Additional Requirements
- Must comply with client safety requirements (e.g., clean-shaven, long sleeves, steel-toe boots)
- Must pass a physical exam if required
