Job Summary
Weekend Caregiver role for CNA/HHA providing one-on-one in-home care to seniors and adults, with weekday morning 8:00 AM–12:00 PM and weekday evening 4:00 PM–8:00 PM shifts plus weekend shifts. Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility), companionship, transfers and safety supervision, accompanying clients to appointments and activities, light housekeeping and meal preparation, observing and reporting changes to the Director of Nursing, and following individualized care plans while maintaining client dignity. Qualifications include current CNA/HHA certification, high school diploma or GED, CPR, TB screening, valid driver's license with reliable vehicle and auto insurance, English communication, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Required Qualifications
- Current CNA certification or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to lift, transfer, and assist clients as needed (up to 50 pounds)
- Commitment to HIPAA compliance and client confidentiality
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
