Job Summary
Map and analyse business processes across departments or systems, identify pain points, and co-design process improvements. Translate business requirements into clear, actionable specifications while working with multidisciplinary teams to implement change, sometimes using low-code tools or complex systems. Manage and support the execution of change, contributing to internal IP, templates, and knowledge-building for the BAforHire network. This standing invitation connects analysts to project-based or ongoing roles with clients of Both&, Zynchronise, or partner organisations. Matching opportunities are reached out to once preferences and strengths are understood.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent process mapping and documentation skills
- Strong critical thinking and structured problem-solving
- A systems thinking mindset and ability to grasp complex business contexts
- Clear, concise, and structured written and verbal communication
- Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills (comfortable running workshops or interviews)
- Experience in business analysis, operations, consulting, or service design
- A bias toward action and continuous improvement
- An insatiable curiosity for how businesses work, and how they can work better
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in cross-functional teams (e.g., with devs, designers, product managers)
- Exposure to low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Zoho, Airtable, Notion, Make/Zapier)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum or project-based workflows
- Degree or certification in Industrial Engineering, Business, Systems Thinking, or related fields
- Previous work in multi-stakeholder environments or consulting
