Job Summary

Part-Time Bookkeeper/Financial Assistant manages day-to-day bookkeeping in QuickBooks, tracks and reconciles client payments across carriers and the agency management system (EPIC), submits payroll and allocates commissions to producers and staff, collaborates with management and remote bookkeeping support to align records, Converts data outputs into QuickBooks for CPA reporting, researches and resolves discrepancies, and handles in-office financial documents such as checks and invoices. Strong problem-solving, meticulous organization, and ability to work independently in a digital/paperless environment are required; payroll and commission reconciliation experience is a plus. Role is 20 hours per week, with a preferred schedule of Monday–Friday 8:30 AM–12:30 PM (flexible within office hours). Pay ranges from $20–$25 per hour based on experience (annualized to $41,600–$52,000). No benefits offered.
