Job Summary
Manage cost management and commercial awareness across healthcare, commercial, data center, infrastructure, and education sectors. Lead projects from advisory through construction management while collaborating with stakeholders on high-profile initiatives. Maintain Chartered status with MRICS or equivalent accreditation. Required Qualifications
- A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline (or equivalent)
- Chartered status with MRICS (or equivalent), or actively working towards accreditation
- Demonstrated experience in cost management within sectors such as healthcare, commercial, data centres, infrastructure, or education
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team on high-profile projects
- All newly hired employees are required to attend an in-person Day 1 onboarding at an AECOM office location as a condition of employment
