Lead all divisional clinical operations, scheduling, and quality assurance activities for the General Comprehensive Neurology division. Manage departmental and medical staff committee participation, resolve technical issues with managers, and oversee faculty recruitment. Drive divisional and departmental budgetary planning, prepare reports, maintain divisional website content, and participate in annual performance evaluations. Lead or foster research initiatives within the division and coordinate general neurology educational programs, including APP Rapid Access clinics. This role reports to the Department Chair and Vice Chair of Clinical Operations. The position offers a sign-on bonus, up to $10K relocation, and H1B sponsorship.
