Lead all divisional clinical operations, scheduling, and quality assurance activities for the General, Comprehensive Neurology division. Manage departmental and medical staff committee participation, resolve technical issues with managers, and drive faculty recruitment. Oversee provider oversight, coordinate educational programs including APP Rapid Access clinics, and lead or foster research initiatives. Participate in budgetary planning, prepare reports, maintain division website information, and manage the annual performance evaluation process. This role reports to the Department Chair and Vice Chair of Clinical Operations within the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and UPMC, supporting an 85-person clinical faculty. No weekend or night calls are required.
