Drive research initiatives within the division and coordinate budgetary planning, report preparation, and annual performance evaluations. Maintain divisional website information and resolve technical issues with managers. This role involves working under the Department Chair and Vice Chair of Clinical Operations within the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and UPMC. The position supports an 85-person clinical faculty team with no weekend or night calls, offering a strong work/life balance.
