Job Summary

Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans for children and families across multiple states. Provide clinical supervision and guidance to behavior technicians while monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed. Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to support treatment goals, maintaining accurate documentation that aligns with ethical and clinical standards. This fully remote role offers flexible scheduling with no caseload limits or non-compete agreements, supported by a dedicated Success Manager and LBA Expansion Program for licensure advancement.

Required Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing
  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
