Job Summary
Provide high-quality primary care to senior patients, conducting comprehensive evaluations, preventative care, and management of chronic conditions. Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure holistic care while maintaining accurate and timely patient records. Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness within a supportive team environment. Manage an average of 10-15 patients daily with no inpatient responsibilities, working a predictable Monday through Friday schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM with weekends off.
Required Qualifications
- Board Eligible or Board Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active Oklahoma License
