Conduct general urology practice within a collaborative team of six physicians and eight Advanced Practice Providers, utilizing first-call coverage support during weekdays and weekends. Manage shared call responsibilities and oversee clinical procedures across three da Vinci robotic systems, multiple laser platforms, and MRI fusion biopsy technology. Participate in resident education, mentorship, and academic initiatives while maintaining a 1:6 weekday call schedule with no weekend call requirements. Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration and clinical research at a Level I Trauma Center and newly developed cancer institute.
