Job Summary
Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans for children and families throughout Nebraska. Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians while monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed. Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals, maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring compliance with ethical and clinical standards. This hybrid position requires one in-person visit per month and offers flexible scheduling with no caseload limits. Up to $80/hour is available for eligible candidates holding an active BCBA certification. The role includes access to the LBA Expansion Program and a dedicated Success Manager for professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Eligible for or currently holding Nebraska behavior analyst licensure (or willingness to obtain)
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Hybrid position, allowing clinicians to work primarily remotely while completing one required in-person visit per month
