Job Summary
Conduct daily communication with the ballot chase manager to encourage others to send in their ballots and build inter-community relationships. Monitor low propensity voting habits across designated precincts by building a community network system and track data daily. Work in tandem with the Ballot Chase Manager to ensure attainable, incentivized goals are reached while fostering community relationships. Must reside within three miles of the job location, hold a valid driver's license, and pass a background check.
Required Qualifications
- Field staff, grassroots campaign, or relevant experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Familiarity and proficiency with Google Drive (Google Docs, Sheets)
- Knowledge and demonstrated competence of Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
- Willingness to fulfill all duties listed and any additional duties assigned
- Unmatched passion for conservative politics
