Job Summary
Conduct product solution development by communicating with clients to optimize designs based on requirements. Deliver 3D and 2D structural designs, including BOMs and DFMEA documents, while establishing product specifications and test plans. Support prototype activities through assembly, debugging, and fault analysis to propose improvements for performance, cost, and reliability. Collaborate with process, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to review component processes and drive design implementation in mass production.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Mechanical engineering, automation, or mechatronics related major
- 3+ years of product structure design experience
- Proficient in 3D/2D mechanical design
- Familiar with Solid Edge or SolidWorks or similar CAD software
- Familiar with common manufacturing processes and workflows including injection molding, stamping, die casting, machining, and heat treatment
- Good problem analysis and solving ability
- Proactive work attitude
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Ability to handle pressure
- Strong teamwork spirit
- Good English reading and writing skills
- Oral English ability preferred
Desired Qualifications
- Relevant motor and gear design and manufacturing work experience
