Job Summary
Manage the process engineering team, including daily operations, performance coaching, and talent development. Lead new product and line introductions (NPI), organizing process reviews, validations, and mass production transfers to ensure timely delivery. Drive production process optimization to improve capacity, yield, and equipment utilization while implementing lean manufacturing and automation projects. Lead major process anomalies and customer quality issue analyses to establish root causes and preventive measures. Maintain process standards, SOPs, and work instructions to ensure stable product quality and efficient manufacturing operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Major in mechanical, automation, industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering or related majors
- 10+ years of manufacturing process engineering experience
- 3+ years of team management experience
- Experience with electric motor assembly, electromechanical product assembly or automated production lines
- Familiarity with NPI introduction, PFMEA, CPK, DOE, Lean Manufacturing and other engineering tools
- Excellent problem analysis and solving ability
- Cross-departmental communication and coordination ability
