Job Summary
Servers are responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience, including greeting guests, presenting menus, answering questions about items, taking orders, delivering food and beverages, ensuring correct preparation and satisfaction, clearing tables, handling payments, and assisting with additional restaurant tasks. The role requires standing/walking, ability to lift heavy items, teamwork, and strong communication. Required Qualifications
- Passion for food
- A team player with a hospitality first mentality and a keen willingness to learn
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to stand, walk and lift heavy items for extended periods of time
- Two years experience preferred, but we will train the right restaurant candidate who shows a willingness to learn in a collaborative environment
