Johnnys Bar and Grille - Service Assistant (Busser)

Buss tables, run food, restock service areas, and assist other service staff to ensure dining rooms, bars, and service zones remain well-stocked, sparkling clean, and ready for exceptional guest experiences. Multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while performing any tasks necessary to align with Bean Restaurant Group standards. This day-time role runs from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM at Johnny's Bar & Grille in South Hadley's Village Commons. The ideal candidate possesses a hospitality-first mentality, strong communication skills, and the ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy items for extended periods. Two years of experience is preferred, though we will train the right candidate who demonstrates a willingness to learn in a collaborative setting.
