Johnnys Bar and Grille - Line Cook

Prepare and cook foods according to recipes and customer needs while managing kitchen operations in a high-volume atmosphere. Monitor food quality, maintain safety and cleanliness regulations, and conform to standard kitchen protocols. Answer customer questions about menu items and meet all operating procedures established by management. This role requires the ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy items for extended periods. Two years of experience is preferred, though we will train the right candidate with a willingness to learn.
