Johnnys Bar and Grille - Assistant General Manager

Oversee daily restaurant operations and lead the front-of-house team as Assistant General Manager. Collaborate with the General Manager to plan, organize, and train staff to achieve objectives in sales, cost control, employee retention, guest service, food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation. Responsibilities include staff hiring and development, coaching and performance feedback, FOH scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring adherence to safety and sanitation policies. Analyze financial statements and manage costs while delivering legendary service and hospitality to guests. Proficiency with reservation/point-of-sale platforms (e.g., OpenTable, Resy, Toast, 7Shifts) and knowledge of beverages (spirits, wine, beer) are preferred.
