Job Summary
Store Manager responsible for delivering a shopping environment where our team delivers excellence in customer service at a fast-paced men's fashion retailer. Based in MYER MELBOURNE, VIC, responsibilities include leading a team of 3+ people, driving performance to achieve budgets and KPIs, rostering and recruitment, coaching and mentoring, and applying strong Visual Merchandising and strategic thinking to identify store opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Have a minimum of 2 years fashion retail management experience
- Experience in managing a team of 3 or more
- Strong customer service skills
- Driven to achieve company set budgets and KPI’s
- Be analytical and have the ability to identify store opportunities
- Ability to lead, motivate and empower a team
- Strong Visual Merchandising skills and ability to think commercially and strategically for the store.
- Experience in performance management, performance-based rostering and recruitments
- Have an interest in fashion and trends
- Take pride in your personal style and presentation
- Work with others and also alone as this is the nature of the roster.
