Job Summary
Lead up to 7 stores by motivating Store Managers, driving sales and profitability metrics, and ensuring brand consistency through visual merchandising and operational excellence. Conduct regular store visits, performance reviews, and hands-on training to guide teams toward achieving individual and commercial objectives. Collaborate closely with the State Manager to implement strategies that elevate store performance and deliver on commercial goals while supporting recruitment, development, and retention of high-performing retail staff.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of Area management experience
- Proven success in leading retail teams and driving sales results
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop others
- A commercial mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret data to improve performance
- A passion for customer experience, with a focus on delivering exceptional service across all stores
