Job Summary
MAC Beauty Advisor in Nassau, Bahamas, responsible for actively seeking out and engaging customers to sell makeup products. Demonstrates, promotes, applies, and sells beauty lines; builds relationships to drive customer retention; strives to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets; records interactions and analyzes progress; stays informed on market trends and John Bull Ltd’s opportunities. Requires 1-2 years of beauty/makeup experience, ability to present portfolios of past work, strong relationship-building, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years experience applying beauty/makeup products, sales experience a plus
- Must provide portfolio or pictures of your past make applications
- High School diploma or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Excellent ability to manage and build relationships
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed acquisition goals
- Advanced skills in communicating, selling and negotiating
- Unrelenting drive to understand and meet prospective customer needs
- Familiarity with Point of Sale systems
- Certification is a plus
