Job Summary
JOC/AMHS System Technician (SOCKOR) provides support to SOCKOR in Korea, monitoring and managing AMHS messages, operating JOC audio/video systems, handling foreign disclosure processes and readiness data, and serving as primary AMHS messages handler; requires Top Secret/SCI clearance, English fluency, 1 year JOC experience, and ability to operate in a high tempo environment within multiple U.S. military bases in Korea.
Required Qualifications
- Fluently speak, read, and write English
- One year experience in a Joint Operations Center at the General Officer or SES Level
- Valid Top Secret//SCI security clearance
- Certification in DoD and USSOCOM Foreign Disclosure regulations, policies, and procedures
- Familiarity with FM hand-held radios, radio communication techniques and Net Control Station duties
- Familiarity with the use of Microsoft and SharePoint products
- Ability to work in a high tempo, high stress environment with minimal oversight
- Valid Korean or International Driver’s License
- Clearance: Requires a Top Secret/SCI clearance
