The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, multitasking, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced construction-office environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate degree preferred
  • 2+ years administrative experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Customer service oriented
  • Certification of Notary or Notary Certificate (acquired within 60 days of hire)
