Job Summary
Agency Securities Finance Operations Service Delivery Associate (Jobshare/Part-time) role in an EMEA team. You will act as the primary contact for Agency Securities Finance clients, handling day-to-day queries, onboarding, reporting, and change requests, while collaborating with product, controls, and audit partners to maintain service levels and drive process improvements. Responsibilities include monitoring service levels, coordinating onboarding, preparing reports for auditors, leading client training on reporting tools, and promoting self-service data retrieval. This role emphasizes client relationship management, accuracy, proactive problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration. Preferred experience includes financial markets knowledge, securities lending, middle office functions, and proficiency with Excel; familiarity with analytics/visualization tools like Alteryx, Tableau, or Qlik.
