Advisor role in the CU Boulder Student Financial Services Center delivering generalist support across billing, financial aid, and scholarship services to students, families, and campus partners. Handles high-volume inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions; explains financial accounts and aid processes; resolves concerns independently when possible and partners with other teams for more complex situations. Requires solid understanding of federal Title IV regulations, Colorado/state laws, and institutional policies related to tuition and fees, charges, refunds, and Tuition Assistance Benefits. Emphasizes accurate, clear information, compliant service, and a positive customer experience across diverse stakeholders.
