Academic Advisor in the Program in Exploratory Studies (PES) at CU-Boulder partners with a collaborative team to provide multidisciplinary academic and developmental advising for exploratory undergraduates across colleges and schools. The role supports exploration and decision-making toward selecting a major and outlining goals for the collegiate career. Responsibilities include advising current/admitted students, prospective and transfer students, international students, and those between colleges; fostering student success; and collaborating with campus departments, while contributing to professional growth and team innovation. The position emphasizes relationship-building, supportive connection, and empowerment for students’ exploration and pathway planning.
