Job Summary
Provide on-site aviation-engineering support to the Army Futures Command Aviation Engineering Directorate, Maintenance Engineering Division at Corpus Christi Army Depot. Responsibilities include supporting depot-level maintenance for aircraft components and systems on UH-60 Blackhawk, CH-47 Chinook, AH-64 Apache, and RQ-7/MQ-1C UAS; delivering expert analysis, technical guidance, and substantiation analysis; writing detailed reports and briefings; and coordinating maintenance policies, modifications, upgrades, repairs, and data revisions with other organizations. Must hold US citizenship, possess a Bachelor of Science, and be able to obtain/maintain a Secret Clearance; familiarity with Army aviation manuals and rotary aircraft electrical/structural depot repairs; strong communication skills and the ability to work independently; prior Army aviation and military experience are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- US citizen
- Bachelor of Science Degree from an accredited university
- Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
- Knowledgeable in Army aviation technical manuals
- Knowledgeable in rotary aircraft electrical and structural depot level engineering repairs
- Army aviation experience
- Previous military experience
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
- Must be able to walk or stand for extended periods
- Must be able to climb/descend stairs
