Job Summary
IDS seeks a Program Manager to lead security operations in classified environments. Responsibilities include managing large, multi-site Access Control and Construction Surveillance contracts; supervising security teams; ensuring compliance with operational and security protocols, ICD 705 standards, and SCIF access procedures; coordinating secure operations across sites; monitoring for incidents and violations; preparing reports and documentation for contract oversight; and liaising with government security representatives. Requirements include 2+ years of experience in security and supervision within secure/classified environments, TS/SCI with polygraph, and a high school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s preferred).
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years' experience supporting large, complex, multi-site Access Control and Construction Surveillance contracts
- At least 2+ years IC experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in physical security, access control, or 3+ military/law enforcement
- 2+ years in a supervisory or site lead role within a secure or 2+ classified environment
- Possess knowledge of ICD 705, SCIF access procedures, and secure operations protocols
- Maintain an active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance
- Familiarity with access control systems, VMS, and visitor access protocols
