Job Summary
Commercially driven Business Development / Origination Manager to identify, structure, negotiate, and close real estate and land-related transactions across the Czech Republic. The role covers the full deal lifecycle, from sourcing and first contact through negotiation and closing, with responsibility for building and maintaining a strong and healthy commercial pipeline. This is a self-employed role based in Prague, offering a high degree of autonomy and flexibility.
Required Qualifications
