Job Title: Associate (Tele-caller) – Care Counselling & Newborn Follow-Up

Job Summary
Conduct structured telephonic follow-ups with ASHAs and families to collect birth and newborn outcome information, ensuring continuity of care and accurate program records. Initiate outbound calls to gather pertinent data, verify birth details reported by ASHAs, and coordinate with health facilities for treating sick infants. Maintain meticulous documentation of all calls and update birth notification forms within designated systems, including RedCap and Google Sheets. Assist in cross-verifying birth data against facility records to identify discrepancies and prepare weekly or monthly reports for stakeholders. This entry-level role supports Community Empowerment Lab's public health initiatives to reduce neonatal mortality in Lucknow, requiring strong verbal communication skills and proficiency in Hindi.
Required Qualifications
- Location: Lucknow (candidates must be based in or willing to work from Lucknow)
- Demonstrated strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with ASHAs, families, and community members
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong focus on maintaining data accuracy and integrity
- Proven ability to manage a high volume of calls and effectively prioritize and multitask
- Proficiency in utilizing data entry tools such as RedCap, Google Sheets, or similar data management platforms
- Proficient in MS Office like excel, word and presentation, can prepare detailed reports and share
- Can work in harmony with the other team members in CEL
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi
- Understanding and skills in regional/local spoken in different regions of Uttar Pradesh
- (a) Applicant should be a graduate or masters in a related field
- Candidates who can join in 15 days max
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in tele-calling, community outreach, or data collection is desirable (1-2 years preferred)
