Job Summary
As a Job Support Coach at Opportunity Partners, you will train, coach, and assist our clients with disabilities at customer sites in the metro area, traveling to multiple locations to support team members and persons served. The role emphasizes helping clients successfully work and earn a paycheck, developing work skills and social skills, and enriching their lives through meaningful employment. The position runs Monday through Friday 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, with a wage of $19.00 per hour and no prior experience required as training is provided. Must have a high school degree or GED and be able to travel to various sites to support clients and staff.
