Job Summary
Provide daily work direction and oversee participant training services across external workplaces. Train individuals in job tasks, conduct task analysis to break down complex skills, and implement Universal Positive Behavior Supports to optimize independence. Build professional relationships with employer partners and funders while planning assignments, delivering performance feedback, and resolving problems. Maintain participant production counts, schedule interns, and process attendance records for non-Goodwill sites. Ensure quality control standards are met and address behavioral issues through reinforcement and extinction procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree
- Two (2) years relevant experience
- One (1) year of experience working in a comparable role
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities and other barriers to employment
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general and instructional materials, job specific procedures, or governmental regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Satisfactory results of all required background checks
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to transport participants
- Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time working on a computer
- Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, and crawl
- Ability to lift or move up to twenty (20) pounds at times
- Depth perception
- Peripheral vision
- Ability to distinguish basic colors
- Ability to adjust vision to bring objects into focus
