Job Readiness (Immersion) Instructor

Provide engaging, developmentally appropriate instruction to participants to help them achieve their goals; instruction may be community based, on-site or provided virtually. Oversee case management and all related documentation and reports. Supervise and assist participants during volunteer activities, paid work, classes, and other community activities. Participate in agency functions and attend case management meetings. Maintain professional relationships and provide excellent customer service with external parties, families, care givers, and participants.
