Job Summary
Lead the global Consumer Health operations and strategic initiatives, including operational excellence, global CH commercial operations, and M&A due diligence. Partner with CH Leadership to drive efficiency through process improvements and technology, build a world-class, metrics-driven commercial operation, and expand local offerings across geographies. Oversee program management of global CH programs, conduct market research to support business needs analysis and strategic account management, and collaborate with leadership to execute portfolio expansion and strategic activities. Requires senior leadership experience, strong communication, strategic thinking, financial acumen, and ability to lead cross-functional teams in a global healthcare environment.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or Life Sciences
- 10+ years experience in Consumer Health, Lifesciences or related industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Strong software and computer skills, including MS Office
- Strong financial analysis skills; understanding of margins, pricing strategies, profitability measures
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients
