Job Posting Title Cardiac Sonographer / Echocardiographer - Harborview Echo Lab

Perform clinical and research TTE procedures, assist with TEE procedures, and tailor examination parameters to accurately represent cardiac anatomy and pathophysiology. Monitor patient vital signs during exams, initiate CPR if necessary, and prepare patients by obtaining clinical history and performing limited physical exams. Analyze examination data to determine cardiac physiologic parameters, prepare diagnostic reports for physician review, and maintain department and patient records. This role involves determining viability of cardiac function for potential heart donors on life support maintenance. You will collaborate with physicians in diagnosis interpretation sessions, manage equipment operations, and coordinate student education.
