Conduct one-on-one sessions with employees at all levels to improve their technical, professional, and financial writing skills. Consult and advise various company teams on complex write-ups and proposals. Requires five or more years of experience as a writing coach or teacher, preferably in corporate or graduate settings, with familiarity with AI writing tools and knowledge of writing center theory. Based in New York, NY, this hybrid role offers a base salary of $140-190k plus bonus and paid relocation.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a writing coach and/or writing teacher preferably in corporate environments or at the graduate level
- Experience coaching/teaching others complex technical, professional, and financial writing
- Bachelor's degree
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with AI writing tools
- Knowledge of writing center theory and practice and/or rhetoric and composition theory
