Job Summary
Provide full-range HR Business Partner and Employee Relations support to a segment of company employees, primarily non-exempt staff. Manage complex and routine ER situations while leveraging analytics to drive initiatives. Operate as a hands-on, strategic professional within a rapidly growing technology environment. This new role focuses on proactive, solutions-oriented engagement for a facility northeast of Austin, TX.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience
- Strong Employee Relations experience handling all sorts of ER situations from the simple to the complex
- Experience in start-up and/or high-growth, fast-paced environments (i.e., manufacturing, energy, tech, or similar)
- Proactive, solutions-oriented, critical thinking HR professional
- Experience using analytics/data to drive HR initiatives
- Experience supporting non-exempt employees
- Local candidates preferred
